The purpose of this explanation is to help clarify the current issue about how its possible for reborn to possess the slot. To begin with, we have a solid prove that the slot itself has been declared for Reborn by the other party which is in the “Declaration Form”.
Unfortunately, the other side claims that the slot was not supposed to be handed out to Reborn even though they were the ones who agreed to handover the slot to Reborn. It seems to us, that the other side are not clear about the fact that the slot was given, not stolen or illegally handed over to us.
